KS Associates provided site planning and design services for Northpointe Estates, a new subdivision in Amherst, Ohio. The development contains 110 residential units and is located south of Middle Ridge Road and west of Leavitt Road (SR 58).
KS Associates performed site survey and designed the street layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management facilities for the subdivision. KS Associates also prepared the subdivision record plats.
