KS Associates is under contract with Cleveland Airport Systems, Cleveland Department of Port Control (DPC), to provide on-call surveying services. This is KS Associates’ third on-call contract with the Cleveland DPC, demonstrating our ability to provide responsive surveying services when needed.
Surveying tasks have included Air Rights Parcels for leasing retail space at CLE; parcel splits, consolidation plats, dedication plats, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys for real estate transactions; topographic and boundary surveys for airport improvements; Submerged Land Lease Surveys; and hydrographic and topographic surveys needed for the design of repairs to the Burke Lakefront Airport shoreline.
