Site Development Group
The Site Development Group provides engineering solutions for all types of development projects including commercial, institutional, educational, healthcare, and residential projects. Our engineers are skilled in evaluating the benefits and risks associated with site development projects, helping clients overcome site challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Government Services Group
The Government Services Group works exclusively for government entities, helping them make the best use of public resources to improve their communities’ qualify of life. The group provides planning, design, construction administration, and construction inspection services for new and rehabilitated water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage systems.
Land Surveying Group
KS Associates operates one the largest and most experienced surveying groups in Northeast Ohio. The group is equipped with state-of-the-art surveying equipment, including 3D laser scanning technology, to perform work safely, professionally, and efficiently.
