KS Associates to Co-Present "Understanding the Benefits of Nature-Based Shorelines" at OPRA, January 20, 2023
Representatives from KS Associates, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Office of Coastal Management, and GEI Consultants, Inc. will lead an education session at the 2023 Ohio Parks and Recreation Association (OPRA) annual conference and trade show. The session, entitled "Understanding the Benefits of Nature-Based Shorelines," will be held on Monday, January 20, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.

KS Associates provided coastal engineering and surveying services for the Cedar Point Causeway Wetlands Barrier — an innovative project for the City of Sandusky. The project is beneficially reusing dredge material that can no longer be disposed of in Lake Erie to create wetlands in Sandusky Bay.
