Who We Are
KS Associates is an engineering and land surveying firm that provides planning, design, and construction phase services. We specialize in coastal engineering; site development engineering for institutional, commercial, and residential uses; engineering services to improve potable water, waste water and storm water systems; and land surveying and mapping including 3D laser scanning.
Our mission is to deliver high-quality, value-added engineering and surveying services to meet the unique needs of our clients. And, we deliver those services while practicing our guiding values: Treating clients like gold, respecting our employees and recognizing them as individuals, conducting ourselves in an ethical manner, and giving back to the community.

ODNR Magee Marsh Shoreline Protection Project Receives ACEC Ohio Honor Award
KS Associates' ODNR Magee Marsh Shoreline Protection Barrier project received an Honor Award in the 2026 ACEC Ohio Engineering Excellence Awards Program. The 1.3-mile-long barrier protects Magee Marsh, an important coastal wetland. The result of the project is a structure that protects critical wetland ecosystems, mitigates erosion, and enhances Ohio's coastal environment.
