KS Associates was among the exhibitors at the 2022 Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference (OTEC). The event took place Tuesday and Wednesday, October 26 to 27, 2022, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
OTEC affords us a nice opportunity to network with clients, colleagues, and friends, while participating in valuable educational session. Thanks to those who stopped by our booth, enjoyed a cookie, and spoke to our team members about how we can be a partner on your next project. Here’s what we’ve been up to:
Addressing Erosion Control Along SR 531, Ashtabula County, ODOT District 4 – KS Associates is on a team with Environmental Design Group for the ODOT District 4 ATB-531-12.50 project. A 2.7-mile section of roadway along S.R. 531, precariously close to the Lake Erie shoreline, is being compromised by erosion. KS is performing surveys to monitor slope movement. Surveying for ERI-006-Connectivity Corridor, Sandusky, ODOT District 3 – ODOT District 3 received funding to move forward with the ERI-006-Connectivity Corridor. This long-awaited project will enhance safety and increase community connectivity across Erie County. KS Associates is the prime consultant leading extensive surveying and Right-of-Way plans for this five-mile project. Read more.
